AddressBar / Go button: fails on special folder

• Open a special folder (My Computer, Network places). Or Recycle bin as per CORE-18425

• Go to Address Bar and hit enter or click on "Go" twice ( 1st time reverts to standard folder, 2nd time shows error)

• Shows error message
• Incorrect icon in title bar (reverts to "standard folder")
• Incorrect icon in address bar (reverts to "standard folder")
• Incorrect colums (reverts to "standard folder")
