Regedit (ReactOS and W2K3) shows garbage when "split" menu action is used (same for Explorer with Search/Folder pane)

• Open regedit
• Use display / "Split" menu
• move separator by mouse
• garbage is leftover in adress bar
• garbage is leftover in right pane
• Using Win2K3 regedit in ReactOS does show this problem (problem does not come from ReactOS regedit)
• Using ReactOS regedit in Win2K3 does NOT show this problem (problem does not come from ReactOS regedit)
• Using ReactOS regedit in Ubuntu with Wine 9.4 does show this problem (problem likely comes from comctl32). Reported upstream : https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56455
