Window Snap cannot snap window that has been minimized

    Description

      Minimize a normal (restored) window with the minimize button. Restore it (Alt+Tab). Win+Left/RightArrow is now broken one time, need to press it again to snap. Restoring a minimized window does not zero InternalPos.NormalRect perhaps?
