Reading files in UDF format ISO images

ReactOS will show some files but it will not allow me to read the file and it will not display the correct icon for the files. ReactOS will not run Windows executables if it does not show the icons. This only ever happens on ISO images with the UDF format. It appears to happen the most with particular subfolders. The ISO images have lots of folders and subfolders.

I'm not sure how relevant it is that these are ISO images that I use with ReactOS in VirtualBox. This problem has existed for as long as I have been using ReactOS and the problem still occurs on the newest builds.
