      Guilty commit : https://github.com/reactos/reactos/commit/3ae0ccdccb6566ba49ccc803dab7733ce574f820 by CleverKing attempting to fix CORE-19061

      • Open regedit (or other app)
      • Right click on Taskbar element
      • Popup menu opens
      • Moving mouse over popup menu does not highlight items and click has no effect

      Log simply shows :
