RAPPS treeview disappears on Window Snap left/right

    Description

      Rapps handles WM_SIZING instead of WM_GETMINMAXINFO and the snap code does not know this. The bigger issue is that the treeview never comes back again, even if you make the window really large. The same happens if you resize rapps with WinSpy++.
