Explorer is able to create folders in "deleted" folder structure... and to revive them out of nowhere

• Open C:
• Create "New Folder"
• Enter "New Folder"
• Go to C:
• Use "Back" drop down to go back to "New Folder" => This should fail as no longer exists !
• Create a file > Fails as expected
• Create a folder > Succeed while parent no longer exists !
• Go to C:
• "New Folder" is there again, while previously deleted and not re-created since then.
