mspaint: Cannot open a huge image twice

    Description

      ant-huge-huge.png
      This image file is huge (10000x10000 pixels).
      Our paint program cannot open this file twice in Windows.

      Steps:

      1. Open our mspaint.
      2. Drop ant-huge-huge.png into our mspaint.
      3. Drop again. An error message will be displayed.
