Explorer : "Create shortcut" from menu has wrong french translation

• Open a Folder
• Right click > Create shortcut works fine

• Edit > Create shortcut has no effect and nothing is logged

In fact, problem comes from the French translation since the action is not "Create a link" when using Edit menu but "paste as link" (eg : copy action has to be done first)
