Unable to delete values in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-6826-gdabb3f4-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

• Open Regedit
• Open HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
• Right click > New Value (whatever type). Not displayed due to CORE-19294 but may be displayed using W2K3 regedit
• With W2K3 regedit, try to delete these new values  :
• Not possible 

• This works fine in W2K3

Nothing is logged.

This one is NOT solved when applying patch from https://github.com/reactos/reactos/pull/5870 and https://github.com/reactos/reactos/pull/5872
