CopyToFolder ... does not work on "Drives"

    Description

      Following fix of CORE-18909 by katayama_hirofumi_mz with https://github.com/reactos/reactos/pull/5873 and https://github.com/reactos/reactos/commit/a938d19714f9ab659c8d9c2250f2cafc5db8f637

      • it is still not possible to "Copy to folder" a drive in MyComputer :

      Nothing gets logged.

      • Such action is possible in W2K3 (with MoveToFolder greyed, which is not the case in ReactOS
