NtNotifyChangeMultipleKeys is needed for ctfmon.exe working

    Description

      ctfmon.exe uses advapi32!RegNotifyChangeKeyValue function to watch the registry keys. Currently, our NtNotifyChangeMultipleKeys that RegNotifyChangeKeyValue uses is not working yet.
