Search: Missing hint text in the results list at the start

In Windows 2000, "Enter your search criteria to begin." is displayed in the file list when the search window is opened. In Windows XP, "To start your search, follow the instruction in the left pane" is displayed. This is a small hint to the user about what to do next. In ReactOS, it's empty.
