[DESK] Add 'Identify' button and allow monitor reordering

When using multiple monitors, it is very hard to know which one is where.
We need to add an "Identify" button in Settings page in desk.cpl, which displays a big number on each screen.
We also need to be able to reorder them, so that logical position matches physical one (vertically, horizontally, which screen on the left...)
