Explorer crash when trying to open certain icons

After installing OS/2 subsystem (PMShell) for NT4 or by visiting the OS/2 subsystem for NT4 diskette, everytime someone tries to navigate to the directory where OS/2 binaries are contained (C:\OS2 after install and D:\OS2 in the CD), explorer.exe crashes.

Tested on build g2bc44bf GNU debug (nightly)
