Super Finder from RAPPS shows black line across toolbar in GCC 8.4.0 builds

This was tested with ISO files downloaded from reactos.org/getbuilds.
I was using VMware Workstation Player 12 running on Windows 7 64-bit.
There is no problem with any of the builds done with MSVC.
Nor with builds done with GCC before the change from Version 4.7.2 to Version 8.4.0.

The version change was done somewhere in this range found by reviewing reactos.org/getbuilds:

0.4.15-dev-155-gcf9ba2b (First built with GCC 8.4.0)
0.4.15-dev-154 - Gap here last not built
. . . (12 GCC revisions not built or available from reactos.org/getbuilds)
0.4.15-dev-143 - Gap here first not built
0.4.15-dev-142-gc276681 (last built with GCC 4.7.2)

Edit: Today I was able to force a build of 0.4.15-dev-143 using GCC 8.4.0 on the testbots.
Therefore I have updated the screen capture below to show its failure.

MSVC versions are not affected.
