Description
Problem:
Using physical hardware (notebook),
when performing a normal boot from a USB LiveCD,
the boot process freeze on the ReactOS boot logo and user is unable to proceed.

Steps:
BootUSB was created following instructions at https://reactos.org/wiki/LiveUSB#Bootable_USB_from_an_ISO using Rufus on Windows.
- Insert USB MSD drive and start the computer.
- Select option 'LiveCD' from the boot menu.
- Observe frozen on ReactOS boot logo
