Shell32 File properties : Title not updated when "Apply" is used after a file name change

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-7961-gdcf9eb0-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Right click > Properties on rapps.exe
      • Change file name in edit box
      • Hit "Apply"
      • File name is changed in Explorer
      • Old name is still displayed in the Property sheet
      • Expected result : updated name to be reflected immediately when apply is used and file name actually changed OR Apply should simply be disabled
      • Win2K3 keeps "Apply" disabled on this page. Why is "Apply" needed here in ReactOS ?
