Unintended start of Wine Gecko when right click on "Web browser" in Folder pane

Wine Gecko needs to be installed.

Found while re-testing CORE-19175

• Open Explorer with Folder pane (any folder)

• Right click on "Web browser"
• Right click on another item (except Desktop, due to CORE-19175)
• Wine Gecko Starts (even "twice" if you've right-clicked on Web Browser again)
• Expected bahavior : should simply show the correct context menu without starting Wine Gecko.
• (Better) expected behavior would be NOT to have "Web Browser" listed there as nothing is expected from it as logged here CORE-19176
