Unable to retest WinAPIOverride from CORE-7028

reactos-livecd-0.4.10-dev-129-ga165999-x86-gcc-lin-dbg was unfortunately already affected, while claimed to be working with ReactOS 0.5-SVN (Build 20160905-r72583)

Log spams

for all xxxx values and program never starts (loops again and again for several minutes, while it used to start in the past according to the old ticket)
