Subst command should broadcast WM_DEVICECHANGE message

    Description

      cd "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator"
      		 
      subst K: "My Music"

      These commands have to invoke kernel32!DefineDosDeviceW function and broadcast WM_DEVICECHANGE message.
