      Likely regression, as per CORE-8457

      • Open RAPPS
      • Install "Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Redistribuable Package"
      • It offers to extract file, select dekstop
      • vcredist.exe is created
      • Starting vcredist.exe (double click, command line, console) does nothing. nothing is logged.
