    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.15-x86-dev (Build 20240614-0.4.15-dev-8219-ge8b88cf) (Commit e8b88cf879fc378ac512a3f41044145a39b32adc)

      Step for reproducing:
      1. Install the application via the aas_en.exe
      2. Open it and click the new icon on the toolbar

      Expected - grid of characters should open
      Actual - hanging with 100% cpu after "err:(win32ss\user\user32\windows\mdi.c:1837) CalcChildScroll 2" error on MDI.
