[EVENTVWR] Performance for parsing the eventlog is inferior

    Description

      I do report that against the eventvwr binary of
      0.4.15-dev-8324-ge1c5b73 gcc8.4.0dbg RosBEWin2.2.2
      but all current releases/0.4.7 to releases/0.4.14 are affected as well

      A minor performance issue.

      Our event-viewer is significantly slower upon opening and parsing the event-logs compared to the version of MS. I tested our binary on XPSP3, and you can really see the progressbar near the statusbar catching up, while the MS-rolemodel eventvwr opens without any noticable delay.
