    Description

Hello, testing version 0.4.15-dev-8437-g2136409 of Reactos, I have downloaded and installed Gimp from Reactos applications manager, but I see that this utility always marks Gimp as if it were not installed when this is an error, I have installed it, shortcut appears on the desktop but the download app (even if you close it and reopen it, restart the system, etc.) never changes the "Not installed" status.

I assume that the functionality to detect the installation correctly is not implemented or has a bug, although it does work if we go to the installed applications section.

I am attaching the debug file for your analysis: log.txt

Additionally, I see that the same thing happens with applications that do not require installation, such as the game MARIO.EXE, which is completely portable. Reactos applications manager detects it as not installed, but if it exists in the downloads folder, I think it would be a good idea. that the system will check if the app is really installed, it will show the notice "Already installed", but if the installer exists only downloaded, or the exe that was downloaded from the database then it will show a notice "ready to install" or something similar.

Thank you, greetings to every one.
