ReactOS changes GUIDs of disk volumes on reboot

    Description

      In the NT Object space under GLOBAL?? there are entries (symbolic links) for each volume in the system. They have the form:

      Volume{guid}

      On Windows the guid never changes thereby allowing applications to uniquely address a Volume. On ReactOS (commit 04f04efc9687) the volume's GUID changes on every reboot.
