Regression. The caret always appears before the first character of a line.

    Description

      Open the Readme file from desktop ROS in Notepad. Try to change something in it.
      Also, the mechanics of working with text (for example, highlighting) look wrong.

      It's definitely a regression, but I'm too lazy to look for it.

      Tested in 0.4.15-dev-8612-g0707475-x86-gcc
