      Guilty commit : https://github.com/reactos/reactos/commit/449a08a6a8d5c70527d2cd7d07db3ae39ee642eb from katayama_hirofumi_mz in PR 6228 ( https://github.com/reactos/reactos/pull/6228 ) attempting to fix CORE-16925. Looks like more than the initial WineSync fix is indeed required.

      • Open "run"... Browse
      • Keep the comdlg dialog at its default size
      • Mouse over "my network"
      • The "lower" dark gray line is missing

      • Expected result :
