Missing window buttons in the taskbar if it's on the side

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-8627-gc1e642f-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Put start menu on the side (left or right)
      • Open RAPPS
      • Open "My Network"
      • Only "RAPPS" is displayed

      • Problem does not happen if both apps are launched while bar is on the lower edge THEN is moved to the side
      • "My network" appears of width is increased
