ReactOS allows to copy files to "Special folders"

• Open a "Special folder" (eg : my network)
• Not possible to drag'n'drop files into the folder
• Click twice on "Go" button (or enter in address bar) to trick ReactOS as per CORE-19146 and to show it as normal folder
• It becomes possible to drag'n'drop files
• If done several times, overwrite warning is displayed (eg : something actually made present somewhere on the file system)
