Too many testbot assertions and reboots for allocsup.c(5274)

    Description

      We are seeing many testbot reboots that are caused by the following assert:

      ClustersFree e632 h != FreeClusterBitMapClear ce32 h
      		 
      Assertion failed at
      		 
      /srv/buildbot/worker_data/Build_GCCLin_x86/build/drivers/filesystems/fastfat/allocsup.c(5274):
      		 
      (Vcb)->CurrentWindow->ClustersFree == FreeClusterBitMapClear

      Timo Kreuzer has attempted to address this adding debugging with a branch here:

      And here is a patch that contains this similar code: rtl-dbg-bitmap-01.patch.
