Regression, Office2000 install completely destroys all fonts in ReactOS. Not even the desktop renders properly anymore

I 'just' wanted to retest CORE-16443 .
That's why I installed Office 2000. During the installation, I just selected the default-installation (not deselecting/selecting any additional components).

I did perform that setup successfully many times with the older 0.4.14-release-124-g4962530
That setup does also properly finish with 2k3sp2 and XPSP3

But when I retried that very same procedure with reactos-bootcd-0.4.16-dev-116-g1643793-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.iso, it destroyed the font rendering in ros completely. Not even the desktop is rendered with fonts then anymore.

I am sure, that this is a regression!

Unfortunately I started the video recording a bit late, because I wasn't expecting issues during the setup.
