Regression, livecd hangs after loading the drivers in Bochs 2.6.2

      reactos-livecd-0.4.16-dev-125-g798ea90-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.iso hangs after loading the drivers. It hangs for more than 10 minutes here, then I gave up

      release/0.4.15/0.4.15-5-g7791a36 livecd x86 RosBEWin2.2.2 GCC8.4.0 affected
      0.4.14-release-125-g5b02d38 livecd x86 RosBE2.1.6 GCC4.7.2 can successfully launch the livecd to the desktop (it uses VGA then)

      Here is my cfg file which I used for both tests: rosbochs.bxrc
      I haven't found out yet how to make Bochs output debuglogs, therefore none attached yet.

      A regression.
