Description
I tested 0.4.16-dev-126-g43d07fe
[SHELL32] Folder Options -> FileTypes
I tried to delete as much as I could.
The following video shows what the OS will not allow me to delete.
0.4.16-dev-126-g43d07fe_Tabula_Rasa.webm
0.4.16-dev-126-g43d07fe_Tabula_Rasa.log
ros behaves fine for all the (NONE) types, the delete-button is grey for them.
But I was quite surprised that I couldn't delete the .BAT file extension, the Delete-button is greyed out then.
That doesn't make a lot of sense to me, because the OS doesn't forbid me even to delete .EXE, .COM and .CMD which are at least equally, if not even more important than .BAT.
When I compared what Windows XPSP3 does, I found that it doesn't list any of the mentioned extensions within the list at all: neither .bat, exe, cmd, .com
Expected result
We can either follow the Windows behavior and do not list those at all,
or we could show them, and allow deleting them. I don't have a strong preference for any of those 2 options.
But I don't like the combination of seeing the .bat file without the ability to delete it.
