      ReactOS official debug nightly build 0.4.16-dev-142-g4e5e72f.GNU_8.4.0

      1.install OnlyOffice from RAPPS
      2. instal MSVC 2015 redistributables from RAPPS
      3. try to start OnlyOffice from Start Menu
      4. Get the error from the screenshot.

      ... Reboot does not fix the problem
