Explorer: Folder content is not refreshed upon file/folder creation (specifc folder)

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.16-dev-149-g5797340-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Fresh installation (formatted VM)
      • Launch RAPPS and download K-Meleon to get "RAPPS Download" folder created in My Documents
      • Go to "RAPPS Download" folder
      • Create Folder or file
      • Newly created content is not displayed until "refresh" is forced
      • Nothing is logged
      • Other folders are not affected
      • Going to address bar, leaving current folder path, hit enter => Problem no longer happen
