    Description

      Tested build: "reactos-livecd-0.4.16-dev-x86-gcc-lin-rel" revision: g96c65e9;

      If keyboard connected via USB hub, USB PCI card or PS2/USB adapter, it works, reacts to press keys, but LEDs num lock, caps lock and scrool lock not work, on ReactOS.

      I used this adapter https://www.delock.com/produkt/61244/merkmale.html
      to connect one old PS2 keyboard on test computer which has no PS2 port.

      This adapter OS recognized as USB hub, on windows LEDs work, but on ReactOS not work.

      I hear from other that the problem is also present when connecting keyboard via another type USB hubs, and USB PCI cards.

      So, USB hubs, USB PCI cards or PS2/USB adapters are projected that keyboards is input and output device, (LEDs, so output devices, working on windows).

      PCI cards with USB ports also are recognized by OS as hubs.

      I attached my test program (with source code) for demonstrate that states of num lock, caps lock, scrool lock and therefore LEDs on keyboard can be changed by mouse clicking on buttons in special program without pressing keys on itself keyboard! - try yourself !
