Explorer: Free heap block xxx modified at xxx after it was freed

Scenario from Recycle bin only (for the Heap situation at the 2nd step), but the 1st screenshot situation happens from any Explorer window : ReactOS-screen0.webm

• Copy a .lnk from desktop
• Put it in the recycle bin
• Select file
• Expand "File" menu (with file related actions) and put "highlight" on "Close"
• hit "ESC" to close menu while highlight is on "Close" => This is the critical step
• Click in the "blank" part of the window (to have no file selected)
• Expand "File" menu (with file Recycle Bin actions)
• "close" remains "highlighted" and "second higlight" can be set

• Click on "Empty Recycle Bin"
• "Free heap block xxx modified at xxx after it was freed" logged (see below) when the following dialog is displayed

Log says : 

 Free heap block BC669D88 modified at BC669E2C after it was freed
