Icon is not updated in time on the taskbar

    Description

      ReactOS build 20241110-0.4.16-dev-254-g30b4024.GNU_8.4.0

       

      On ReactOS, with my test program (with source) icon on taskbar refresh after I click somewhere outside the window, while in windows refresh is instantaneous.
