Sysinternals Regmon doesn't work (either freeze or BSOD)

Sysinternal's regmon froozed on ReactOS with a bluescreen on a real machine:

Then I tried to do it again on a virtual machine, on my surprise, it didn't crash there, but reported an error:

although I haven't run it yet after turning on the virtual machine.

This is bug from port com1, the piece during runing regmon.
