Taskbar: "Show text" toggling left shifts elements

• Open an explorer window
• Add a folder to the taskbar
• Right click > Show Text (check then uncheck)
• existing explorer windows button gets shrinked by a few pixels on each toggling of "show text"
• nothing gets logged
