    Description

      ReactOS build 0.4.16-dev-904-g151ba9e (Commit 151ba9ee8f666cb1b518a576f164a6eb5602956f)

      Can be reproduced in the Second Stage of setup or in general ReactOS, once you want to customize the regional options.

      1. Set Esperanto as Standard and formats.
      2. Reboot

      Result: Blocked by the Ctrl+Alt+Del SAS dialog on the next boot.
