FreeLoader cannot load boot drivers since 9d06e79

Loading reactos setup from pendrive fails and stops at "Loading boot drivers" since the following commit:

Working version: 0.4.15-dev-5207
Faulting version: 0.4.15-dev-5208

• tested on fat16 filesystem @ startsector 63
• confirmed with fat32 filesystem @ startsector 2048 when prepped with rufus, (pure fat32 bootsector has further isssues)

Tested with indentical results on these machines:

• P54C
• AMD K8
• P3 Laptop
