Change account password proposes wrong user name by default

reactos-bootcd-0.4.16-dev-1007-g2e85425-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

• Open Administrator session
• Enable "Require user name and password on system startup." thanks to CORE-11371 / https://github.com/reactos/reactos/pull/7887
• Create new user ("8" in this case)
• Reboot
• Ctrl+Alt+Del to open session
• Login as "8"

• Need to change password on 1st login

• Next dialog proposes to change password for "Administrator"
