False logspam with "This CSIDL %d wrongly opens My Computer. CORE-19477"

• Right click on Network, Printer or Taskbar
• Log says "This CSIDL %d wrongly opens My Computer. CORE-19477" while the correct folder is indeed opened thanks to https://github.com/reactos/reactos/commit/a25a4eb7b8c5909a852a7a9a4bd0f19783f9feb0 from whindsaks
