Regression: Opera 12.18 installer hangs visually and doesn't finish installation

    Description

      Tested build: 0.4.16-dev-1479-g375fca5.

      Installer of Opera 12.18 from RAPPS hangs visually at the start, sometimes after clicking Install button. While it reacts to mouse clicks (sometimes not visibly), installation does not finish.

      Regressed in one of the following commits:

      • 0.4.16-dev-628-g0bf4206 - regression
      • 0.4.16-dev-627-g88a6301 - build failed
      • 0.4.16-dev-626-g405ed2b - build failed
      • 0.4.16-dev-625-gd92f02e - installs and runs correctly
