Choosing menu item on System Pen icon causes BSoD

Hi, I was testing ReactOS in Japanese with the IME and

I've got a bug, I don't know whether you can reproduce it locally:

• install ReactOS in Japanese;
• after the 2nd stage part, install the ReactOS CJK package and reboot;
• open notepad, then click on the language icon (taskbar) and select the MZ-IME.
• The icon changes to Σ🔴 and the green pencil icon shows up in the taskbar: click on the pencil, this shows a menu with one item checked. Click on that checked item: *we get an instant BSOD*
