PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR Due to multiple identical display adapters on GPU drivers loading

Attached of course is a log, in order to test this I used my videoprt resource PR and Disean's ATAPI driver. Neither of these cause this behavior though of course and this can be reproduced on any later XP-style GPU driver that isn't in a VirtualMachine.
