ati2mtag - Hitting MiIsPteOnPdeBoundary Assert on OpenGL Exit

Attached is of course a log from boot indicating an assert in the memory manager when we exit an OpenGL Application on the AMD GPU Drivers
(ATAPI Driver PR + Videoprt PR was used)
