[GAME] Microsoft Train Simulator 2001

tracking the test done with @ctasan when I demoed my blatant lack of geography knowledge - to be enriched when there is the time
Installation is fine - but there are major rendering issues:

• With ReactOS wined3d texture is black, with fdossena the texture are shown
• There is a black white square around the mouse and the font is rendered as white squares. It be related to the same issue, it does not seem mojibake from lack of font. update the same happens in Windows XP with fdossena wined3d so it's confirmed is a wined3d issue and we are awaiting the arrival of the sync
